Wie schon bei der Nasal Boys, Glueams und Bellevue LP sind hier Studio Klasiker mit hervorragend eingespielten Live Songs kombiniert. Die 11 Songs kommen treibend und kraftvoll daher. Sie
verfolgen eine klare Linie, sind melodiös und
behalten von Anfang bis Schluss ihre Spannung. Der Gesang der
Sängerin Sara Schär ertönt in den selben Art und Weise wie der von
Siouxsie (Siouxsie and the Banhees); melancholisch, fordernd,
klar...die Gitarre von Daniel Graessle variiert zwischen hetktisch,
dann wieder scharf im Rythums, der Bass pulsierend ...eine
vereinnahmende "Wall of Sound" umgibt dich.
Neben den beiden charismatischen ex-TNT Mitgliedern, Daniel Greassle
an der Gitarre und Sara Schär als Sängerin, neu hier auch am Bass,
betätigt Jürg Planta, ein Studio- Musiker (Mitinhaber Pyramid
Studios) das Schlagzeug gekonnt.
Für die Aufnahmen war anudazumal Voco Fauxpas
vom Artag Studios zuständig. Für das hervorragend gestalte
original Plattencover und Bandlogo der 2008 verstorbene Industriedesinger,
Hannes Wettstein und der heute in Orlando, Kalifornien lebende
Fotograf Jerome Satinsky. Sprich, alles Personen, die schon Anfang
der 80er Jahre in der Underground Szene der Schweiz für Innovation
und Qualität stehen.
Like The Nasal Boys, Glueams and Bellevue Lp, did we add some fantastique live tracks with their studio classics.
The 11 tracks simply ooze of urgency and power. They follow a clear line, are melodious and retain their tenseness from beginning to end. The vocals by Sara Schär are melancholic, constantly demanding and crisp - in expression akin to those of Siouxsie Sioux - the guitar by Daniel Graessle varies between agitation and rhythmical precision, while the bass relentlessly pulsates... simply put, a possessing "wall of sound".
In addition to the charismatic ex-TNT members, the guitarist Daniel and singer Sara (with The Kick she was also on bass), Jürg Planta (a studio musician and co-owner of Pyramid Studios) played the drums. Voco Fauxpas (Artag Studio) was responsible for the recording of the 12". The outstanding cover art and band logo were done by Hannes Wettstein, an industrial designer who passed away in 2008 and the photographer Jerome Satinsky, who nowadays lives in Orlando, Florida. In other words, these were all protagonists who already at the beginning of the 1980s excelled through innovation and guaranteed quality within the Swiss underground scene!
